How to Use

Before You Use the Facility

National Chuo Youth Friendship Center (hereafter referred to as “the Friendship Center”) is a youth education facility operated by the National Institution For Youth Education, an independent administrative agency under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT). We provide opportunities for hands-on experiences such as daily living skills, nature activities, group interaction, and social participation, which are not always available in everyday life.
